O&M Solutions provides full-service operations and maintenance for both drinking water and wastewater treatment systems at the Brandywine facility in Colts Neck, New Jersey. This dual-system responsibility highlights our expertise in managing complex infrastructure in compliance with NJDEP regulations.

The wastewater treatment process utilizes a modern indoor ZENON membrane bioreactor system, which allows treated effluent (gray water) to be safely reused onsite for non-potable applications, such as toilet flushwater. This sustainable approach enhances water efficiency while meeting strict operational standards.

For potable water, the system sources groundwater from two on-site wells. The water is treated using a combination of advanced filtration and precise chemical dosing to ensure full compliance with New Jersey Drinking Water Standards.
